Engineering Born From Decades Of Experience

We didn't guess where these boxes fail. We fixed them.

Our design philosophy is rooted in decades of firsthand industry expertise. Having spent the 1990s and 2000s repairing European composite caravans and motorhomes for industry leaders like Hymer and Dethleffs, we gained invaluable insight into why structural components fail over time.

We engineered those common vulnerabilities out of our products. While many manufacturers still use rivets or screws to anchor cabinetry directly to composite walls — which inevitably leads to fibreglass de-lamination from the foam core — we use advanced, high-strength bonding methods instead. Vibration-proof cabinetry, Nyloc or secondary-locked bolts throughout, and furniture-grade soft-close hardware secured with glued Euro screws.

"The result is a rugged, no-nonsense expedition box built to endure the harshest environments on earth."
