New Expedition Habitat Box for sale:
Over 30+ years of experience of manufacturing New Campervans (RVs) Caravans and Truck Expedition habitats along with knowledge from repairs, rebuilds and upgradesI have gone into this build and creating a comfortable living environment!
The Habitation Box is constructed of fibreglass skins inside and out 42mm thick walls and roof with XPS closed cell) floor is 45mm again inside and outside fibreglass skins but with PET for its strength and chemical bonding application to stop delimitation that happens when manufactures use XPS on the floor!
With a north to south queen bed (access without ladders) U shape lounge (can convert to larger than double bed) a bathroom (true wet room) a large person like me can have a comfortable shower, solid composite bench top with a sink you can wash full size pans in and drawers for all cabinets ,wast bin fitted.
A construction that is designed to travel the world ( I have Habitation boxes in Europe, USA and one just traveling through China and Russia who left from here in Australia over 12 months ago! (built here in Australia) All components used are either products I know with experience or quality manufactured like all Australian made tinned copper wire, Lugs and crimps purchased from brands like Klauke, Australian made sprung mattress German made appliances UK made plumbing fittings (fitted correctly) Etc;
All cabinets are glued and dowelled no mechanical fixing such as screws that can loosen on corrugations. No cabinets use screws or fittings to be fixed to the walls all are bonded (this stops pull stress points on the fibreglass leading to de-lamination, I have repaired this on hymer vans in Europe) every bolt loctite, or Nylock, sink taps have secondary locknut, grub screws have plastic weld to stop them turning, every cable is installed in conduit full separation between Low voltage and Extra Low voltage! Every item is fitted to have either redundancy or not to fail!

This will fit on Fuso, NPS, Iveco lwb and Sprinter Lwb single cab Cab Chassis. and Unimog 1700 !

2 x 200ah @ 12v lithium batteries,(battery case has space for two more ready to increase you up to 800ah Imidiatly! Maximum system can deal with would be 1600ah)(batteries and electrics positioned in centre of habitation for weight distribution)
Truma D6 Diesel boiler Provides heating and hot water! heating is ducted to all areas of habitation to stop cold spots creating Mould! (i have been building RV's for over 30 years and this is sadly missed on a lot of new builds) Heating also feed to bathroom to create a drying room while using maxfan.
Dometic Roof mounted AC
3 stage water filters finishing with UV (same system used for household water filtration)
365 Ltr water housed inside the habitation positioned in the centre so it is between both axles and centre from left to right!
Wet room bathroom with full room rain shower stainless steel tray fitted. Thetford Chemical toilet, and top of range maxfan with automatic rain and temperature sensors(remote provided). Full 100% water proof LED lighting
Kitchen has cabinets glued and dowelled no screws have been used in any cabinetry, maxfan for fume removal.
Sink is composite German manufactured (very tough)
Benchtops are Composite Matt Black
All hardware is soft close grey in colour!
top of the range Thetford topline 902 double induction hob (3 times the price of cheaper alternatives)
221ltr Thetford Fridge freezer with off rd secure lock mechanism!
